DCF series products are a new type of environmentally friendly flame retardant designed for silicone rubber.
This product can generate a carbon layer or a ceramic hard shell to cover the surface of the material under flame burning or high temperature, so as to isolate oxygen and heat, and it does not melt or drip, and has a very good heat insulation and flame retardant effect; Moreover, the product is treated by special auxiliary agent activation process, which has good compatibility with silicone rubber and plays a reinforcing role in silicone rubber; Green and nontoxic.
Product features
(1) The whiteness is high, which has no influence on the color of the product;
(2) The flame-retardant reinforcement effect is good. This product accounts for 40% ~ 60% of the finished product, which can reach the flame-retardant V-0(UL-94) level, and at the same time, the mechanical properties, especially the tear strength, are greatly improved. This product is environmentally friendly and nontoxic.
(3) According to customers' different application scenarios, the products' respective flame-retardant effects (shell formation, charcoal formation and porcelain formation) can be used to meet customers' needs, so as to realize customized products for each customer.

Remarks:
A. The above-mentioned test sample is made by mixing rubber and DCF series flame retardant 1: 1, adding vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing at high temperature.
B. High temperature resistance test: 150mm×150mm×2mm sample, butane spray gun (1000℃), impact ablation with flame perpendicular to rubber surface.
C. Low strength: 10cm away from marble will not break in free fall, and high strength: 30cm away from marble will not break in free fall.
